"Baked" Macaroni and Cheese...

When I see a recipe for BAKED Macaroni and cheese.. For some reason I imagine it being the most amazing mac n cheese I will ever taste and that it will taste so much different than normal, boiled, mac n cheese. I am here to inform you that this is false. Maybe I am the only one who thought this but oh well. Baked macaroni and cheese tastes just like the normal kind and I might even say I can make it better the NORMAL way. But it is still good for dinner :) Maybe I just found the wrong recipe??? Hmmm... Well I know this blog is kinda pointless but I thought the world should know that there ISN'T a difference between baked and boiled macaroni and cheese so don't waste your time sticking it in the oven for thirty minutes :)

Things to Look Forward to this Summer!!

1.) JULY 15th... Best day ever most likely.. HARRY POTTER!!

2.) Going to singles ward with my brother AND sister :) ... Yes, Janie is now of age ;)

3.) Preparing for BYU... Fun Fun Fun!! :)

4.) Working at Freightliner. Yes. I'm looking forward to it... Atleast I'm telling myself I am.. Ha.

5.) Birthday Combination Party with Cara Andree Smith. :) Sometime between July 5th and July 9th or before.. or after.... :)

6.) Spending quality time with the family.

7.) Sewing. I WILL learn :) ... First project: Apron :0

8.) Becoming amazing at piano and guitar... It will happen.

9.) Becoming super athletic and getting amazing abs !!

10.) Swimming with no worries of a ruptured eardrum.

11.) Hopefully a Utah and Vegas and California trip somewhere in there!

12.) Once number seven's apron is completed, practice and perfect and perform delicious cooking skills.

13.) Good old Tuesday night institute class!

14.) Wisdom Teeth Removal... Gross... just kidding I am being positive.. Yay!!

Happy Things

Today has been a very good day :)

Why? You may be asking. Well I shall tell you.

It is a good day for two reasons...

1.) I have officially completed my 30 hours of observations!!!!!

(You may also be wondering what my thoughts are about education now.. Well here they are.. I love it. I recognize that it is something that will take up so much time and effort for not much pay so you need to love it. I think I can do it! I've also decided that I will go into BYU with my major as Elementary Education. Hopefully I do not change my mind but I don't think I will. :)

2.) I have officially completed and memorized all five songs that I was required to learn for my voice lessons. Oh happy day!!! :) A huge burden has been lifted!!!

In other news...

I saw my family this weekend :) It was amazing!! I've missed them so much!!

Three weeks til I am forever DONE with Eastern Arizona College.

But its time for the next step. :)

Goal of the Summer: Never say, "I just want BYU to start already, I'm done with this summer thing..." (or any version of this sentence). I need to try and make the summer the best ever and be positive.

Quitting Facebook for One Month

School is over in one month. I spend WAY too much time on facebook and I have decided to deactivate it for one month so I can focus on my studies and become a better student. I also seem to stock people that don't need to be stocked. I see things I don't want to see and I cause more drama for myself than I need. So therefore, I am deleting it for a bit.

Missing Lil Miss Marlie

I miss my Marlie. She is so cute and sweet and I am so grateful to have her in my family. She brightens my life up and is so smart. She is always so excited to see me and is ready with the biggest hug ever. Love her to death. Hope to see you soon lil missy :)
